I resisted another urge to roll my eyes.

We attended mass today late. Again. In our parish, you're not allowed to just go inside the church if you're late. You have to stand outside and wait until the Gospel is read. And then, you can go in.

Ewan ko. Nakakahiya kasi pumasok ng simbahan ng late. Tapos lahat sila nakatingin sayo.

Idagdag mo pa tong choir na to. Nagsasapawan sila ng boses. :| I swear, attention-hogger yung isang babae dun. :))

Okay. Tama na ang panlalait ko. Baka tamaan na ako ng kidlat [or paputok] dito dahil ang sama sama ko magbabagong taon pa naman. :))

Lotsa things happened this year. I am sooooo thankful for all the people who have made this year memorable, sad, exciting, frustrating, happy, and inser-tanother-adjective-here. :)

My family. Kahit nagsisigawan na tayo dito. Ang saya parin maglaro ng Uno lalo na't may pikon. :)) Hahaha. Thanks for all the [corny] jokes that made me laugh out loud. ;)

The Birth of Santa. /

Merry Christmas everyone! :)) Phew. At last, our efforts in wrapping gifts, saving money, shopping for loved ones, cooking, cleaning, decorating will finally pay off. :))

122406: 9:00 - midnight.
While waiting for Noche Buena to start I watched the MTV VMA's with hopes of watching Panic! At The Disco. :)) Nakita ko yung performance ni Justin Timberlake and super galing! :> Na-excite din ako nung i-nintroduce ng Fall Out Boy yung P!@td. :> Pero hindi ko nakita ko nung tinanggap nila yung award nila. :( Aww.

Anyways. Ang sarap ng Noche Buena. Grilled chicken, ham, queso de bola, bread, soup and macaroni salad. :> Yeye! Foodums.

After that, gift-giving. I decided to give my Dad his gift anyways. :)) And I'm relieved that they liked it. :)

And I got the DVD of Veronica Mars! \:D/ Season one and two! :))

The reunion at Tondo. :> It felt sooo good to be back at that place. Our house is not there anymore! What outrageousness! :)) Giniba na. :( Haha.

Anyways, it is my Grandmother's birthday! Yey! Double-celebration means double the food. :> Hehe. >:)

Tita Jobs took a while to ge there since she's from Cavite so we started eating before she arrived. The tapa, fish fillet with toppings, chicken sibuyas, macaroni salad, baked tahong and shrimp was soooo delicious! :)) Siyempre, kailangan i-try lahat para may variety diba? /:) :))

And then. Laughtrips ensued. :)) At around 1:30 [?] Tita Jobs arrived. :)) After he ate, the our Juanito-Juanita Exchange Gift started! We already had the draw lots last year so, as expected, lots of people forgot whom they picked. :))

I woke up this morning and found hashbrowns from McDonalds at the table. :))

Wala lang. Na-miss ko tuloy yung canteen namin sa MC. :)) Yung Potato Factory, yung isa pang stand dun na puro patatas din yung tinitinda, yung ~~Sugar Mami~~ Sour Belts, yung crepes, yung milkshakes na ang tagal kung magawa, yung bacondogs, waffle dogs, yung coke na mabagal ang tindera, yung mga tindera sa meal cards na dinadagdagan yung sinigang/nilaga ko, tsaka may extrang leche flan/halo-halo. :))

Wala kasing softdrinks yung canteen sa Bridget. :)) Yuck, nag-reklamo? Tsaka kailangan talaga may pera para makakain. Kapag naka-mealcard ka pwede kang mag-order ng kahit ano tapos may bill ka at the end of the month. :))

Pwede mo pang gamitin yung mealcard ng iba. Kahit wala ng signature. :)) Yun yung ginawa ng isa kong friend buong school year. Kaya buong school year libre yung lunch niya. =))

Okay. So medyo halata naman na wala akong masulat at medyo gutom ako no. :))

Finally! We already finished our 3rd Quarter Exams! \:D/ Tapos na rin and Christmas party and the works. I now have 3 weeks to do nothing.

Yeah, right. :))

Things to do before Christmas Break ends or before Christmas.
- Wrap the gifts that are for family members.
- Clean and fix my room.
- Clean and fix my closet.
- Upload pictures in my Multiply.
- Fix my darned mp3 player. :|
- Make my paper dolls for TLE. Hindi ko pa kasi napapasa. :| :|
- Watch all the episodes in my soon-to-be-mine Veronica Mars DVD. Feeling ko yung talaga yung gift sa akin ~~ng parents ko~~ ni Santa. :>
- Listen to the Chipmunks on the radio on Christmas Eve. [It's my one personal tradition. XD]

It might not seem a lot. Pero tamad kasi ako eh. Feel ko hindi ko rin matatapos lahat ng niyan.

Pfrbt. As if one would really pay that much when they get caught. Even when I was little, I was never intimidated with threats. Especially the impossible ones. I thought that those threats are just words said [or written] so that people would not do the bad act. Or whatever.

Pauwi na kami galing sa SM Cubao. May binili kasi yung friend ko and we accompanied her. :> Anyways, pauwi na kami when we decided to buy some gulaman para mapabaryahan yung pera namin

Now, we know that liquids are not allowed in the LRT Station. Pero akala namin sa taas lang. Dun sa antayan mismo ng train. :)) Pero sa baba pwede pa. So tumawid na kami dun sa card-slot-machine-thing. Dalawa na kaming nakapasok [tatlo kami] ng bigla kaming tinawag nung LRT lady. :))

LRT Lady: Miss, bawal po diyan. Halikayo dito.
Liveby: Huh?
Me: Shit. :))

Yung mukha nung LRT Lady parang: Ayaw ko gawin ito, pero kailangan talaga.

Alam kong mali na tumawa kami, lalo na sa sitwasyon namin. :)) But what was happening to us was so absurd.

All I Want For Christmas /

Dear Santa,

I know I haven't been in my best behavior for the past year. But I am still hoping that you'd give me what I want for Christmas. I know that you probably already know what I am wishing for, but just to be safe, I'll list them all down and tell you why I want them. =))

♥ Veronica Mars Season One DVD
- /:> You do know that I've been asking for this since last Christmas right? Don't get me wrong though, I love the mp3 player you have given me last year. But still, I would be thrilled to watch again my favorite season one episodes. :> Like the Pilot episode that started it all. Or maybe the An Echolls Family Christmas episode wherein Logan goes shirtless for the first time. XD And, who can forget the Weapons of Class Destruction episode wherein we have The Kiss. :> Pretty please. It's just 160 pesos. :> =)) Sabay ganun? Hee.

♥ A Series of Unfortunate Events: The Penultimate Peril or The End
- Kung galante ka this Christmas pwede both? ;;) Gusto ko na talaga malaman yung ending ng series na ito. :)) Eto yata ang unang series na matatapos ko ang ending. :)) I need new books. Ang boring sa bahay and I'm getting tired of reading my old books over and over again. Kahit Harry Potter nab-bore na ako. I just go straight to the ending. Hee.

♥ New earphones.
- I probably have earphones jinx. Walang tumagal sa akin na earphones. Isa lang yung gumagana. Nasira na naman yung akin. XD

♥ A Fever You Can't Sweat Out album
- Since sira yung earphones ko, nakakabanas makinig sa mp3 dahil isa lang yung gumagana. :\ I really want Panic At The Disco's album. :))

♥ Rechargeable AAA Batteries
- Kung talagang wala ka ng budget ito na lang. =)) Para hindi ako bili ng bili ng batteries. :))

♥ Better grades on Exams.
- Eto libre na nga ito eh. =)) I really want to prove to my parents that I can do better. And gusto ko tumaas yung rank ko! =)) Haha. Ang taas mangarap. Kahit maging six man lang ako okay na. :))

- Cookery. Hee. May word pala talaga na cookery. Okay, share lang. :P Niluto namin caldereta and leche flan. Yum. :) Ang sarap nung caldereta kaya lang puro carrots yung natira. And ang sarap din nung leche flaaaan! Kahit manipis lang, okay lang. Nakakabusog. Hindi na nga ako kumain ng lunch. :P

- DK Play Matinee. Hindi nakanood yung cookery group namin kasama yung mga batchmates namin. Eeek. So sumama kami dun sa show for the seniors. Hindi pa nga namin naumpisahan kasi ~~late mag-dismiss si teacher.~~ >:P Sayang. Pero ang ganda. :> Oooh. Galing ni Gette. \:D/ Hee. Sina Liveby, Jamie and Cheska yung mga una kong nakita kasi nung pumasok kami nag-uumpisa na yung Neon. Yeye. Si Mariz din bagay na bagay yung role niya. XD ~~PG?~~ Haha. His Non-Existence. /

It's the same old story. You leave milk and cookies for him at night and go to bed. Then, you'd wake up around midnight [or in the morning] to find the glass and plate empty and tons of presents under the Christmas tree.

WARNING: If you still believe in Santa then you're better of reading something else. I don't want to be held responsible for taking away your innocence. :))

The mystery of Santa Claus has been repeated from generation to generation and it never fails to amaze children. Soon, they'll realize that Santa does not exist and in the future, they will be the ones acting as Santa for their children.

I started doubting Santa's existence when I was in Grade 2. I woke up earlier than the usual on Christmas Day and found out that I didn't have gifts inside my sock. I was shocked and thought that Santa forgot me. I went back to bed with a heavy feeling in my stomach. After a few minutes, I went back downstairs just to make sure that I really don't have gifts in my sock.

Downstairs, I found my Mom who have just woken up and gifts in my sock! I found it very weird. Nagising lang si Mom may regalo na kaagad ako?

I confirmed Santa's non-existence the Christmas after that. It has been a tradition in our family to write a letter to Santa on what you want for Christmas and place it under the Christmas tree. The day after that, we would find that the letter has been delivered to the North Pole.

Around January, while I was looking for spare change in the cabinet, I found my letter. I got all the things that I wanted, but Santa never got my letter.

I wanted to tell my sister that Santa does not exist, but I didn't. Would I really spoil my sister's Christmas just because my beliefs were destroyed?

The answer was as much as I liked to do hat, it's a NO.

My parents know that I don't believe in Santa anymore, but they still tell me to write to him. And I still do! :) Hee. Kasi kapag hindi, hindi nila ako reregaluhan. :P

Note for Parents: If you want your children's belief on Santa to last long, make sure you throw away your children's letters to Santa and other things that would make them doubt his existence. :) Haha.

Note for Santa Believers: Did you read the warning above? You really shouldn't have read this. STOP. :)) If you're still reading this then you should stop right now or else Santa will mark you on his naughty list. Lagooot! Everything that I have just said here is not true. Santa does exist and you should leave him milk and cookies every year. :))

The Not-So-Easiest Job in the World. /

I'm the eldest in our family. I have two younger sisters and a younger brother.

Being eldest is not the easiest job in the world. The age gap between me and my next sibling is quite big. Nine years. It's very difficult to realte with them since the things they're interested in are different from mine.

But I still love them to death. :D

Rizza. Or Isay. :) She's the nine-year-old. She looks a lot like my Mom, and has the same sense of humor as my Dad's. She's good in Math but she hates it. She is however, in love with Science. My complete opposite. I sometimes tell her, "Hintayin mo lang kapag nag-2ndyr ka, magb-biology ka na." Haha. She doesn't like reading, which frustrates me, since I love reading. Inaasahan ko pa naman na siya yung magiging ka-kwentuhan tungkol sa mga libro. Pero ayaw talaga niya. Tinatamad daw siya. Well, at least we have that in common. :)

Raphael. Or Luis. Ang layo ng nickname no? That's his middle name. Siya din pala ang pinakamaputi sa aming apat. Ang daya nga eh. Kung sino pa yung lalaki, siya yung maputi. Haha. He's the pain in the neck. Ang ligalig niya parati. Makulit. Pero matalino. He always gets perfect scores in CLE. :) People often tease him the he'll be a priest someday. I told him not to, since he's to cute to be a priest. And you know what he said? Oo nga. So we have the attitude of being smug in common. :) Oh, and he's the heartthrobb in the family. Sa klase niya, mga tatlo yata yung may crush sa kanya. :) I saw one of them once, and she tried to kiss him! =)) I suddenly yelled: Wag nga! :) Hee. So, maybe being a heartthrobb counts as being a common ground between us? :P

Rose. Or...Rose? Haha. She's the baby. Literally and figuratively. We both have sharp tongues. Parati kaming may side-comment, or may sagot para sa mga tao. Maldita. Siya lang ang hindi tumatawag sa akin ng 'ate'. Ang tawag niya sa akin, Reginne. Oh, and in our family, we're the boss. What we want, we get. Haha. That's why sometimes, we clash. The things I want are different from hers. So fighting ensues. :) Hee.

These three people are the ones that keep me insanely sane. We bicker, we fight, but we still love each other.

Oh, and happy birthday to Luis today! :) He's seven today. Hooray! Marami na namang foodums sa bahay. :)
